Home shop 18 is a very annoying site. I have ordered a glass bowl but the bowl has been delivered in cracked.I have ask the costumer support to refund the money and initiate the pick up but they told me that pick up facility is not available for this product and I have to return the courier by myself.Somehow I managed to return the courier through Indian post but the courier return to me after 7 day.when I inform you than they ask me to return the same again .
When I asked them the reason why my pack is returned then they don’t have any answer and kept ask me to send the packet again though standard courier service.I had paid 960rs for product and 137rs for courier cost and now again standard courier service will cost me 620rs.I had to paid 1700rs for a damaged product.they will refund only one time courier chages and product cost that is 1150rs only.Please refund my all expense that I have bear for this damaged product than I will send the product again.
