I bought a spice mobile from the home shop 18 channel 1 year ago. The mobile price was 8000. The mobile was delivered to me in 3 days . I am very happy when the mobile is in my hands but when I open the packaging what I see am completely shocked I see that a celkon keypad mobile worth rupees is there. I immediately complaint to the company and they asked to me to send a fax and send the mobile to us by courier. I spend 350 rs to delivered the mobile.And the company take action within 2 months and then my mobile was delivered to me but there is power bank missing. I run the phone for 3 months then a new problem occurred it’s battery was completely damaged and I register the complaint in the service centre and they takes 90 above days to deliver a new battery to me. So atlast I advised you that don’t buy any product on this channel.
