My Sister-in-law Ordered a Kurti from this site and the whole experience was just pathetic! Let me explain the whole situation:
First the item description was wrong instead of the actual item when arrived. She ordered the Cotton one but delivered the different one which was silk.
Second It was due to Cash-on-delivery my brother went to atm for cash and returned within 3mins. Within 3mins my sister-in-law faced a pathetic behaviour from the delivery boy and so product.She checked the item(in front of the delivery boy) which was wrongly delivered and asked for return. Now the delivery boy fired and Language like " Tera Baap ka mal hai kya jo mujhe itni der tak wait kara rahe ho aur bolte ho product galat hai". She said why you behave like this and my brother returned with money and told the whole situation and then the delivery boy threw the product and said "main yah product wapas nahi loonga, tu rakh le ". Now called the customer care and elaborated the whole situation in front of the delivery boy! someone from the customer service wants to talk to the boy but he denied and whole situation was just worst. Finally the delivery boy refused to return the product; after a day Customer service ringed back and told us they are really sorry and they want to file a complain against the courier service specially the delivery boy! This is not our concern what home shop 18 did to the courier boy but our experience was pathetic; if we asked for return then why the boy behaved like we wont pay or opened the product was wrong.
I know its just a formality but Home shop 18 if you reading my comment then think twice why you are not compare with flipkart/snapdeal/amazon etc, I give you a single problem but theres a lot of complains against you in our area
