Well usually I am not a big fan of big bazaar and related stores exception Pantaloons.
But this should have been a bad choice that I decided to buy couple of furniture from Home town.
There are the items that I bought
1.Kitchen Cabinet
2.Shelf
3.Table
I bought all item on feb 17 or 18 and all of them where delivered by 8-9 of March!Oh ya after nearly 20 days post purchase and I had a tough time to get hometown guys to deliver it to home.It took me 3 visits in total one final visit where I insisted on talking to store manger and some amount of shouting to get things done.
Well it has been quite a ordeal
Post buying these are the issue’s I faced
1.Poor/Pathetic customer service
2.People don’t answer the phone
3.If they answer you wish it was better if they had not answered
4.Customer care guy once told me stock is in the store come and pick it up.When asked why do have home delivery then Customer care guy was aah tomorrow Sir Sure 100%:)
5.Shelf was supposed to fitted by hometown guys.After delivery I waited for 4-5 days same didn’t happened didn’t want to visit the store or talk to them again so I went ahead and I fitted it my self
Pro’s
I could find only one after thinking
1.Store manger was good.
Well I am happy that I am done this store and I hope I don’t have to visit this store again.
