I too got a study table from home town this week and faced a similar issue. First of all no one came to attend us. But still since we liked the product we decided to purchase it. They promised to deliver and fit it within 3 days. But the delivery alone came in the 3rd day. The next day only we got it fixed - that too we found that main parts are missing. And on the fifth day they called us and said threat the comapny will not provide one of the parts - one of the two knobs in the drawer, and that you ll have to purchase it and have it fitted. This is how their service goes.
At the time of purchase they didnt say anything like that. They made us pay the full amount the 1st day itself and then not delivering proper product. Spread this message among your friends so that at least they dont fell prey to these people.
