I had bought a L-Shaped sofa on 29-12-2010 from Hometown, Marathahalli(Bangalore) as detailed below-

Upholstery of sofa is of very bad quality, It started coming out after using it over an year. As per Mr. Shukla(Concerned Department Manager) It could have been lasted for atleast 3-5 years easily but now you can imagine the condition of sofa, Its pathetic.
After few days, I have received a call from one of their executives Mr. Gideon, asking me for changing the leather/cover on chargeable basis in a rude way. I don’t understand in-spite of having such a pathetic quality of cover, these people are charging me lump sum. As per my knowledge or a high school passed guy, a branded sofa has a life of at-least 4-5 year if used regularly, I could have bought unbranded instead. Why should I have to go for hometown.

Later, I had received a mail from Ms. Priya, saying that your complaint will be resolved. But she also disappeared somewhere.
Guys, If you want to buy some furniture, you can buy from Home Stop, atleast you get authentic product and better service.
These people are cheater.
