This is to inform you all that on 26.01.2011 I have booked 6 piece of furniture, with advance receipt no2004053800 dt 26.01.2011. I was given the date 16.02.2011 for delivery and as advance I have paid Rs 22500/- through my credit card.
Its more than one month passed now, and still my furniture has not been delivered. On innumerable calls I made to their numbers 66621121/22/23/24/25, they just tell me that night stand and dressing table has not yet come and that it is in transit! Nobody responded. God knows how can the furniture be in transit for so much time as since for the past 15 days they are telling me the same lie.
They had assured that it will be delivered within a week. I have not received it yet. I have called them innumerable time but no one picks the phone. I went to their showroom to get a proper reason for the delay. But they say that they don’t have the stock at Bangalore warehouse. It has to be brought from Mumbai and that it will take time. I am totally fed up at their attimr_customtakeouter. Hence I have written to feedcak@futuregroup.in.
Whoever they are, should immediately redress my grievance and get my furniture delivered and properly installed at my residence within 7 days. Otherwise cancel the order and refund my advance amount of rs 22500/- with 24% interest pa from 26.01.2011. I m contemplating to approaching consumer court if I don’t receive acknowledgment of my mail or if they fail to deliver my furniture or my refund as mentioned above. Those people don’t deserve any thanks or regards and are a bunch of unprofessional thugs. They are out to cheat the gullible public.
