Had a really horrible experience with this place. The disgusting part is it was on a thing which they should be best at i.e taking money. I bought furniture worth more than 1.2 lakh rupees. It took me 1 hr to choose the stuff and over 2 hrs to get the bill. Irritating !!
They were just too slow in their discussions ( I don’t know how can they take 2 hrs just to prepare the bill ). On top of it I was promised a 12k discount which to my surprise was withdrawn when I finally got to make the payment. I cancelled the full order due to the long wait and bad customer interaction (Manager’s side).
