I bought a office chair from Home Town on July 10. The chair came on July 15, the chair was broken. I called them up to replace it. It has been 45 days since I have called them over 25 times. I have spoken to various folks..and they tell me all the time yes sir we are going to send some one within in a day.They just want to sell the stuff.. and the stuff is sold..warranty, guarantee mean nothing to them..
Think 20 times before you buy something. The store is okay for buying things in which you done expect any service at all
Don’t buy any furniture/electronics ..seriously..
