Much to misfortune, I have purchased over 70000 INR of furniture including a bed, cabinets, table etc...
Without fail, they do not deliver when agreed and there’s never any communication from them - I must have spent several hours calling to confirm deliveries when then never arrive. I’ve had to take two days off work to wait for them so far.
Basic principle of customer service: DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CAN’T KEEP. I am now looking to raise a complaint with my credit card provider, cancel my order and charge back the full amount.
