The worst experience I ever had..first a late delivery, then a 3 day wait for the fitter to arrive, followed by a damaged piece on fitting, followed by a failed commitment to refund, followed by a patch up job, followed by more defects, followed by no response to calls, then a months delay, finally followed by threats from the customer followed by more pain more pain and more pain and finally a replacement. Taking the ’customer for granted’ seems to be their Corporate philosophy and they rock at it. I wonder how long they’ll be able to sustain this attitude. Makes you feel they have other things do instead of providing customers an on time and satisfactory service.
Not a single call has ever been returned..no commitment honoured. These guys are a real pain. I had just moved to Bangalore and thanks to HomeTown couldn’t settle down for more than a month. The staff seems completely oblivious to customer concerns. One tries to talk to seniors to discover that they’re even worse.
