Ordered furniture from store on 18th Dec-Staff out there were shockingly rude when we asked them if they could deliver the show piece itself. Simply put the attitude is: We dont care whether you buy from here or not, if you cant wait till 31st then get out.
Promised delivery before 31st Dec, came in after 4th Jan. Ruined our new year party.
Furniture came in on 4th after umpteen calls to customer care/store etc.
Reason for delay: Piece not available in warehouse, would be sending the showpiece from store. Wasnt that we asked in the first place? See point 1 above.
- when furniture arrived there was no one to assemble it. We were informed that they would send a carpenter soon. 3 days and 100 calls later we are still waiting for this dis-honorable guest carpenter to arrive. Name of culprits: Mr Manjunath (rude guy), Mr. Roshan (false promise guy)
PS: When you call them they always say we will find out the status and call back. I am waiting for the call backs for the 100s of calls I made, not once have they called back. I guess the cost of the calls eats into their profit margin. :)
