I had ordered a dining table on 19-Aug. They called me and committed to deliver it by 31-Aug. I was unwell and had to be at home. I was waiting the whole day and called up their call centre 8 times. Till 7pm, they kept assuring me that the table would be delivered on 31-Aug. When I called them again at 7:15pm, they said that there was some legal issue and would be delivered in the first half of 1st Sep. I told them that I would not be available at home and not to send the product.
[Update the next day]
I had decided to cancel the order. However, I got an SMS at 7:20am the next day and the product was delivered before I left for the office.
