I bought an entire modular kitchen and a bunch of other stuff for my new flat. Product range is good. But, the staff, service and support are pathetic and horrible. I spent a few lakhs in their store. Still, when I make a call, just to know the status of delivery, no one responds. Executives (those who walk around in executive shirts with neck-ties) behave as if customers are beggars, instantly after customers swipe their credit cards.
They talk rudely, don’t pick your calls, routinely lie about delivery schedule etc., None of them feel or show ownership of Home-Town brand. They just work like some Govt. employees who get paid for just hanging around. Only thing I liked about the store is a Cafe Coffee Day inside :-) So, if you are buying something which you can carry right away with you, you MAY go for it (if you liked it very much and sure of quality). That’s it. Anything beyond, not recommended.
