I ordered a dining table on 21st July with a delivery date of 29th July. Got the table delivered finally on 4th Aug after several phone calls on delivery for co-ordination. When assembler came on 6th Aug found the chairs wood isnt in a good shape, I asked him for replacement.
10+ calls to Hometown, Marathahalli went unanswered. Called to call-center and convinced him for the replacement ticket. Another carpenter called on 7th Aug to visit my place for inspect the chair after inquiring what is wrong with the chairs. I told to talk to the assembler who took the snaps of the chairs which has all the details.
Another person called today and started with same queries what is wrong with the chairs. He has to send another person to check it. These folks havent spoken with the assembler and not aware of the photos taken. More calls and talks are waiting for me.
Time and energy spent on a discounted dining table isnt worth. Hometown doesnt care about the customers and dont have proper resources to handle processes what they have laid down. Better to buy from store next your house.
