I recently Purchased Bathroom Fittings and a dining table and was promised a delivery within 4 days for fittings and 15 days for dining table. Its been more than 15 days no news from these guys. Since then I am making at least 10 calls to this store on a daily basis. There is only 1 landline and every time a new guy responds and only one thing they say is we will check and call you back in 30 mins. Its been 2 weeks that 30 mins has not come.
I visited the store and they even showed me the goods and when I said that I will take them with me, he offered me to send first thing in the morning with the fitter.
Again after 2 days, "tomorrow surely we will send sir", sorry is back. One guy even answered me, there is no stock, it has to come from warehouse. Defaulting promises to customtakeouter during sale, No honesty and consistency in communication seams to be an accepted feature of how this store operates. I am yet to go through the these guys rules on the money return policy.
Please don’t be fooled by products these guys offer. A consumer not only needs good and unique products, he needs continious good services.
