It’s a good store with many departments. But the only things is that none of the items that you want are in stock. Everything has to be ordered and it take s a long time.
Personnel are good.
It is good to give contract jobs instead of single item of purchase. They take up the responsibility of getting the material delivered and installed. We even gave the key to the place for them to measure and do all the installation and they took good responsibility to do the job well.
The display and layout in the store is good. Each floor is categorized by departments and the sales folks are very helpful.The store that we visited was on ring road and is easily accessible and very visible from the main road. The refreshment center was a welcome place as it takes some calories to browse through the store if you are planning on a big project.
