I have purchased a cupboard and a double bed from Home Town Lucknow on 6.12.17 from your sales executive named Shiva Rawat. The expected date of delivery along with installation was 18.12.17. mentioned on the top of the bill.
On the due date the same hasn’t been delivered and false commitment regarding delivery was continuously made by Shiva. On 19.12.17 evening he said telephonically to speak to Mr Raawal further for delivery have to communicate with him and some Dheeraj.
Both said they are unable to do so on 19.12.17 and Mr Raawal committed on 20.12.17 it will be made and installation will also be done. Mr Raawal honored his commitment.
To the surprise when we opened the double bed box along with your installation guy named Lalji we were shocked to see the product which we have purchased was not there. So Mr Raawal and shiva spoke to me on conference call and finally Mr Raawal said I do not have to pay anything and the selected product will be delivered to you.
Till the time I am writing this email I have got no reply from any one from home town inspite of my reminder.
On 18.12.17 my anniversary was there for which I have purchased the goods which on the said date was not delivered and till now also only half commitment being fulfilled. I am no where after paying the money
So cancel my order and refund my money along with collect the goods sold to me from my residence.
Waiting for the immediate reply else I will lodge a legal complain at consumer forum for fraudelence and haressment about your company.
Copy of bill and double bed picture can be sought by me whenever needed.
