Placed an order for 3 modular kitchens, beginning of Aug 2015, worth 7.5 lakhs with Hometown(HT), GIP, Noida. Pathetic service and workmanship.The sales guys made lot of tall claims while selling and it was a BIG mistake to have signed up with them for 3 kitchens!It’s been 4 mths& no sign of completion of installation. The sales guys blame their vendor, the vendor has inadequate staff who just doesn’t seem to have time(or are busy conning other customers!). HT has no control on their vendors and always sound helpless. The net result is material lying on site gathering dust, sloppy workmanship and we as a customer having no choice but to be at the receiving end! No sense of urgency or ownership on part of anybody!
HT strongly NOT recommended for kitchens! Esp from GIPNoida.
