I Thank the team for the prompt delivery of our 1 Cot and Mattress. delivery done as per the time given. Fitters assembled the Cot on 31.7.2011 at our premises. Thier work and skill appears to be very prompt and polite. They turned up as per appointed time, and we are happy about their performance.
The callcentre kept me updated till the work was done & finally took my feedback... which I have appreciated.
As far as the Cot, I trust on the quality and durability of the same. We have to use it..
I have to especially mention the customer service rendered for even small problems on the items, which they themselves noticed and corrected. I am moved by this service.
