Hello everyone, in the month of June 2017 I have purchased and selected a double bed of Rs 40000 from hometown noida and paid all the money in advance . The bed which I selected is out of stock on that time but the store manager tell me that my bed will be deliver in 2 months if I purchase it and I was not in hurry so I purchased that one . My expected date of delivery was last day of august as I am very excited for delivery . After the waiting period is over I called customer care service but they didn’t know anything about delivery of product so they refuse to help me and diverted my issue to the store from where I booked my bed . After few days I went to the store and the store manager is saying that the production of that bed is stooped by the company and you will not have that one . It was very shocking news on that day because I am very desperately waiting for that bed and now they are taking much more time in refunding of money . This is the worst kind of service in hometown noida . Over-all this is a worst deal for me and I will never shop with hometown again .
