I had bought a wardrobe which was supposed to be delivered on 29th July but was not delivered until 6th aug when I received a call from Hometown that they are delivering it on that day but when it reached my home I found it to be defective. I did not receive it then I asked Hometown to refund my amount of Rs 29000 but nothing has happened till date. Customer care lines are not reachable always busy. I have written to their feedback email I’d but still have not received any response.
My suggestion: Do not ever buy anything from hometown and even if you buy do not pay advance
