After taking pre-booking amount and locking the project they are asking me to work on a new quote because they have closed they office in Mangalore. At the time of discussion it was clearly put across to them that it’s a under construction flat and it would need a year more for completion and they agreed to it and they aren’t ready to complete the project and asking me to get couple of works with another interior designer
