I would never recommend Homelane to anyone. Its a waste of hard earned money. I will divide my relationship with homelane into-
a. Initial contact and finalisation- this was okay and we were convinced by the sales people and wiith our intial interactions with the designer
b. Design finalization- This was okay till the last sign off. we finalized everything and on the day of sign-off we were asked to trade-off few design elements which led to whole confusion and a mini-disaster.
c. Execution/Project management- Dreadful experience- your claim of providing a seamless end-to-end experience is absolutely fake. In the end we had to keep track of everything and took project to closure.
About fittings and Quality of materials
a. Quality of material used for wood work leaves a lot to be desired.
b. Electrical fittings- i have only one comment- "It seems to be done by a blind person"
c. Deep cleaning- Leave deep, it wasn’t even clean

People like Musawir were really helpful and he did a lot of firefighting in the end to ensure that the project gets completed.
