This organization HomeLane for the interior is waste of money and they claim that they are a corporate company, but they don’t even have any ethics, quality of work is very poor, response is bad there is no option to escalate things and don’t even care even after speaking to customer experience team they don’t even take things seriously. This is a big scam they ask to pay full amount upfront and post that they don’t deliver things as promised their designer, post working PM and their managers are literally worst, they don’t care and they just do work for namesake after paying money and don’t respond after that.
I have paid more than 5 Lakhs for only Kitchen without any quality of work done they left the wall as it is with patches they broke my tiles and I ended up paying additional cost. They quote initially less by saying some 30% offers but trust me you will end up paying 50% more than the market value so please don’t fall into their false promises and commitment, they are good for nothing, and this is my own experience after spending more than 5 Lakhs for my Kitchen Interior. I cannot rate less than 1 star if I had an option I will give them negative and they are good for nothing. These are the list of team I was working with who were very irresponsible Customer Team Zain, My designer was Rida and was changed multiple times in between and even she left before installation, Installation PM is Mani who is very irresponsible while answering anything, no response, no commitment nothing then his manager Sudeep he don’t pick calls and responds to my message to escalate and his manager Shubham tried calling him multiple times but didn’t get a chance till today to at least speak to him. Literally no response from most of them no proper escalation mechanism setup literally waste of time.
Now I am taking help of builder to clean up things that they created in my kitchen so please be aware before falling into their trap and stay away from them you will get better services from local vendor and they deliver you with quality that you get from HomeLane team.
