Hi Dears, They are not having proper designers, and they dont keep the promises even initially they will show you more money and the sales guy will give discount of 39%, then they keep calling till you do the first payment. Once you done, they you have to listen their terms and condition. I Paid for 3B/R flat ID works, due to their initial value, I cancelled few of them, even though the value be the same. They do review 3 to 4 times, but each time it will keep increase. Initial my value was 8L, then after visit the site, its gone to 9L, then I cancelled few of the room ID works, then 2nd visit, again it was increased. When I was asking, they said initial amount was wrongly given after few discussion, I was not happy about their approach. I told them to return my initial payment of 40000rs. They refused to returned it. The complete mistake was from their end. Even though they refused it. So pls pls you can find many good ID designers, before doing any payment, get everything in writing.
