We along with 2 more frnd had very bad experience. Felt like have wasted our money. At every stage you will come to know a new thing. Nothing is communicated properly. Designing work for us it took 2months which we need to sit for hours and do the work. No proper explanation for anything you need to be mentally very strong coz its for sur you will loose your peace of mind the moment you pick them.
If there will be any issue, they will frustrate you to the highest end by not replying. Nobody will bother to answer, you need to msg again and again.
Thousand times we have told to take our kitchen in high gloss entirely but they took only the front side. Atleast this should be conveyed to us. When asked they are saying rest comes in non visible side so is taken in mat. We don’t understand how the area which you can see right standing there is not visible part. We paid huge amt after discount in which other company will provide far better than this.
There are cracks and also doors are not closing properly instead QC is done. From last 10 days iam telling this but nobody is bothered to reply also. Such an improfession.
Many people told me not to go with this Co. But coz of their offer going on we chose. It was our biggest mistake. Infact we have spent too much money and also not got quality thing.
Just wanted to share so that you will save your time and money. Most importantly your peace of mind. Nobody will be there to work on customer satisfaction or needs. They only work for money no emotions, punctuality. Words will fall short to write the pain we are bearing after going through homelane. Pls beware everyone before choosing them for your dreamhome
