Very disappointing experience. We had visited Thane experience centre in October 2019.As part of their promotion we were presented with a spot offer holding additional perks.Only if I booked then and there . I was promised the amount will be refunded if I did not want to go ahead with Homelane. Homelane being a well known brand I went ahead with making the payment.I deeply regret this.Its been more than two months and numerous followups on phone and emails I am still waiting for my refund.
