Pathetic Service and Customer satisfaction is ZERO

It looks like we made the biggest mistake by selecting homelane to do our dream home interiors as the service and communication by homelane team is pathetic.


We have placed the order for production on 6th June 2019, still the installation has not completed. The so-called installation started on 8th July 2019 and still going on.


At first place the entire MBR wardrobe which they sent was not as per the design we have given and we have to do hell lot of follow ups to place that order again. The timeline given to us for the delivery was 23rd July 2019 but it came on 27th July night after doing so many follow up and still not ready.


I don’t understand what is the point to choose an interior company when we need to follow for each and every thing.


Apart from this many other things are missing and yet to come, whenever we ask for details from project manager he will say it will come but no one knows when this wait will over. even most of the time he really does not bother to pick up the call or respond back. the only thing he does extend timelines.


Till today we have no idea by when the work will get completed and why the small small things are taking so much time.


Also, I don’t understand what is the point of creating a whats app group when no one from home lane team added to the group respond back to customer queries.


I would strongly say PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE homelane for home interiors as all the initial promises made by them are false.
