Took 4 months to finish a small project.

Horrible Experience we had with Homelane. 20th Oct 2021 Installation work started for a kitchen and Living room (Total paid Rs.6 L +), 95% finished by 28th Feb 2022, that also we folded our hand in front of Project Manager and Installation manager and then they started working on half-done project after 2 months of starting date. Now 3 months after completion of project we are having issues with quality of products(pic attached) , but not getting any help and response from them.

If you are a healthy individual then you will definitely suffer from high BP or Sugar after assigning them to your home because of the immense stress they will give. But if you are lucky enough and chosen one then you will get your finished project on time without hassle. They have huge alignment issues and still, we can see the defects which their so-called expert QC team ignored(maybe it’s their way of work, and they supply all defective products on time so that they can finish within 45 days and after that replacement for next 3 to 4 months). Whoever visiting our house, 1st notice the defective work.

We were in a rented house so before paying first installment we wanted to ensure delivery date and they said not even 45 days, it will take 30 to 45 days as its a small project and our mistake we relied on them(the honey-coated marketing team always there to trap customers.)

After 2 months when we saw that they stopped work and 40% work done only we requested them to attend the project atleast and not to stop work as we are in rented accommodation and it’s already delayed, they said it’s not their fault, they stopped work as maximum factory products they received were defective and damaged so it’s because of replacement issue.

After 3 months when we visited the house after so-called QC was done, we found 60% alignment issues and few boards are damaged and drawers are not working even after replacement. After one more month i.e on 4th month, we requested them to hand over the house key because it’s too late and we can not bear the house rent expenses for an indefinite time.

They replaced one Jali for 3 times and the trick was they replaced it with the same one repeatedly and getting no way we said we accept half-done work as we have no option left and we are not going to receive any compensation from them as well so we have to move now.

As they promised Dec 2021, we served notice to the house owner after taking Homelane permission but since work did not finish we had to leave that house and went to another rented house, but the customer’s concern and trouble is a fun time for them. We have all WhatsApp messages which show their irresponsibility. Their tricks basically, they will delay your work in the name of replacement issue and getting no way at some point you have to accept their defective work as you can not wait indefinitely.

Before paying the first installment we raised questions on their terms and conditions but smart Homelane people told us to ignore their terms and conditions mail as it’s just a system-generated mail and we were duped.

They are very experts in telling lies, blaming customers and making excuses as well. Once we mentioned about a negative review about their work and they simply put all blame on customer. After QC we got this. Sharing couple of pics related to alignment and quality.
