NEVER CHOOSE "HOMELANE" for your Home Interiors

We are one among the unhappy customers with Homelane, Bangalore branch offices- Gopalan Mall(Design and Marketing team works) and Hebbal branch(Production & Installation team works).


Customer ID: Ben-V-3000026022, Bangalore.


Designer - Binita; Project Manager - Girija; Delivery Manager - Lakshmi; Production & Installation Supervisor - Somesh; Installation/Escalation Manager - Milan Christy


Main concern is the delay and never ending project timeline.




  1. We signed the contract on 26th Feb ‘19 with the agreement stating that the project will be completed in 45 days of time. While I’m posting this message today project had already crossed 75 days with pending works and no clue when our interior work will come to closure.




And, other concerns are on the products they delivered,




  1. Homelane had delivered defect appliances and wrong cabinets, eg. 1. two OTG’s instead of one OTG and microwave; 2. agreed for bigger shutter for grinder unit and delivered smaller standard size where we can’t fit our grinder in the given unit.CABINET IS NOT REPLACED YET




  2. Homelane will never learn from their mistakes.After several escalations on delivering two OTG’s instead of one OTG and Microwave, Homelane asked us to choose the Microwave and provided 3 options. We had selected Option#2, but, after waiting for nearly 2 weeks, Homelane delivered Option#1. It is clearly communicated in Whatsapp about our selection(Opt#2) and the entire team has seen our selection and agreed upon. Have the track of all the messages. But, the product delivered is different and cheapest one.MICROWAVE IS NOT REPLACED YET




  3. Homelane asked us to choose the handles during design discussions and whatever we chose, after 3weeks homelane informed us its Out of stock and they forced us to compromise on the cheapest handles and designs.HANDLES ARE NOT FIXED IN ANY OF THE WARDROBES




  4. Mirrors are not fixed especially in the Kids Bedroom as NO BACK PANEL ARRIVED YET.




  5. Unskilled workers especially Electrician’s work where they don’t have clear plan in hand and mess-up the circuit line; Due to this, we can’t use the Fridge and OTG.ELCTRICITY WORK IS STILL PENDING AND CANT USE FRIDGE OR OTG




  6. Homelane carpenters have broken our kitchen tiles and floor tiles during installation.TILES ARE NOT REPLACED YET






When we escalated and following up with the concerned team, None of the team is taking responsible for the delay and the mistakes they have done; They try to convince us with unacceptable reasons.


We are completely stuck and the project is halted without any end date.


I regret my decision completely in choosing Homelane for our interior work and I’ll never recommend to anyone.


I though through several times before posting this in social site, but no option. PLEASE NEVER CHOOSE HOMELANE, they will put you in severe trouble by not keeping their commitment.
