Homelane is the worst in customer service. Do not trust any of these names since starting from the lowest to the highest, none of them care about keeping their word and absolutely no value for customers time and money.
Vinay Jaisingh, Rajashekar, Tanuj, Shilpa Soti are some of the names.
They initially forgot to include kitchen hob and chimney and sink and there is no update of the status of procurement.
They dispatched Damaged parts for the bedroom door.
They forgot about the master bedroom door all together.
Multiple hinges and sliders and handles were missing because of which none of the rooms have been completed. They have left our home in a mess over the last 3 days with no update on when what status.
They claim to be interiors but they do not do anything outside of just modular kitchens and wardrobes.
Their interior designer false promised the Pooja room living room designs.
They have failed in their 45 day completion. There are multiple emails doing the rounds but with no response from Homelane.
