I had an extremely disappointing experience with Homelane. The service they provided was pathetic, to say the least. I had to follow up repeatedly for every little thing, and it seemed like they just didn’t care about their customers.
The bed that was supposed to be under warranty had issues, and when they finally did the paintwork, it was completely unprofessional. The finish was sloppy and nowhere near what I expected from a so-called interior design company.
I’m tired of dealing with their lackluster service and would not recommend Homelane to anyone looking for quality or professionalism. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
