We gave interior work to homeland for our flat at D2 F 101 in Navin Springfield, medavakkam, chennai. The flat is about 1600 sq.ft with 200 sq.ft garden space.
I would like to share my experience with homelane and their uniqueness in the following areas.
- Design:
Mr. Keshav was our designer and he showed various options in the computer. He got our floorplan and brought out various designs. After we chose the design, colour combination of wardrobes and cabinets. We could actually see the material used as samples are available. The interesting part is that the whole look of our home after the interiors is brought in the computer with their software and workings with millimetre precision makes it even more attractive.We spent about 6 days making small small modifications.
Once design is final, then production. As we gave false ceiling work for the entire house, that was taken up first.
Mr.kadher and his team daily updated us with the progress and from our place, we could see how our house is shaping up. Whatever clarifications or corrections needed at that time was promptly attended.
The electrician, carpenter all are very professional and courteous.
Sometop management were also part of the whatsapp group created for updating the progress which shows their thorough professional approach and customer friendly attitude.
The following areas however need improvement.
Wardrobe , kitchen cabinet handle models were few and so choice couldn’t be made.
Only one puja unit was there as show case so we had to do it outside.
Though Mr.keshav was kind enough to suggest type of fan, furniture, daining table etc , the company could take entire furnishing and decor like few other major firms, or alternatively can have basket of options to make our job teaser.
