Service of Homelane

Quality of work was excellent. The staff is too good for making collection but extremely poor in paying compensation of delayed work completion after 45 days as per the contract.


The deadline for completing the job at my flat was 17thOctober, it got completed on 29th October late night and today is 26th November and the staff members have still not decided for the compensation amount.


There are no intimation of delay in work, Inspite of my follow ups in the whatsapp group where Homelane’s senior members are also included. No one is bothered. The staff knows how to achive target but does not get bothered for customer care and satisfaction. Extremely dissatisfied with this behaviour
