Never buy from HomeShop 18

I ordered a Blackberry Curve 9320, called customer care and informed them that I need a black as there was no color option on the website.

They sent me a white one after 8 days without charger.

I raised a compliant with them on 4th Oct and still there is no response. complaint number is # 75071067
