Uptill now whenever i have shopped from homeshop18...for each of my family member..whether its for mom, dad, wife, kid....whether its kitchenware..hardware..tools..vcd / dvd...
I will simply tell u i have found homehop18 is a real exciting home-shopping experience..
Product found original. Good packing..before time or atleast in-time delivery.Vcd / dvd..received in good condition. Really enjoyed real shopping each time.
Once I placed a dvd which merely costing rs. 45/- but it was communicated to me that ordered dvd is out of stock..n chances r very less of re-stock. So my order will be cancelled....but as this had happened to me for first time after several time shopping. So I too accepted it.
So for my cancelled order. I was refunded my 45’- rs..immediately...n an apology letter was sent to my residential address and to my surprise. I was gifted with gift / discount coupon of rs. 100/- to be used for next shopping on homeshop18.This was really nice concern shown towards customer.
This indicates homeshop18 is genuinely interested in business n value there customers whether they shop for very less amount or higher one
