I was about to purchase a tablet pc "Adcom tablet Apad 721C with 3g calling support" from HomeShop18, as they had it in their superDeal offer. They were showing warranty of 1 Year.
But before purchasing that product I thought to confirm their service center address details, so I searched the site for the same, but no information was there. Then I called the HomeShop18 global help desk number @ 0120-4455918, there I talked with a boy named "Sanket". Although his name was good, but the words he told to me were not that good.
He told me that they don’t have any information about any service center of AdCom, moreover they don’t have any Alternate service center for that.
So I thanked him, because he saved me from purchasing that dummy deal.
I would like to tell every purchaser that before purchasing any item with a warranty on this site, please confirm at least 4-5 service centers of nearby cities. Otherwise when any problem will occur in the item, and if you would call the HomeShop18 they will just say sorry (with a wild smile on their face) and then they will say thanks for calling and purchasing and suffering.
If anyone doubts about this review I request him to reply me with the service center information of AdCom from HomeShop18.
