Home shop 18 is a well knowned company for television shopping as it owns its tv channel where they promote their products, hs 18 has a wide range of products whether it be mobiles or electronics or household products, now coming towards my experience of shopping over home shop I choosed home shop to buy a lyf handset flame 3, I had to pay 150 rupees delivery charge which is more than any shopping sites untill here it was ok but the packing they provided was very cheap, the phone may be damaged very easily, after this also they dint stop and I was sent bill of any other person with different name and imei number which will amke problem for me in warranty claim.
my experience a bit weird with home shop 18 and I understand that it may happen only with me, but according to me here are some pros and cons on this shopping website.
PROS

4] most of the products have cash on delivery
CONS
1]high delivery charge
2] cheap packing
3] bill is not available most of the times
4] customer care support takes large time to respond
5] app has many bugs in it
6] slow delivery
after above points I think I have made myself very clear about the service provided by hs18 so its upto you.
