I recently ordered Nauti Nati clothes for my child. I also used a coupon if Rs 500 off on 1500 while placing the order. The item was shipped within 2 days and received on the 3rd. The order was well packed with clothes hangers et al. A thank you note was also included with the order.
The items received were original brand, in original packing. So I am quite happy with this experience with HS18. I have placed quite a few orders, with COD option mostly anf have never had any issue.
