This was my 1st time shopping at HomeShop18. I bought a USB Sound Card and it was delivered within the time limit. Their service was also excellent and the product was also brand new(without any scratches or defect). The only problem was that the packaging was weary(it was almost like the product was not packed at all) and the invoice or warranty receipt or payment receipt(whichever you call it) was the shipping address pasted on the parcel(which was almost unreadable).
Except from that I was satisfied with my shopping with HomeShop18.
