I have purchased two products from the fraud HOMESHOP18.com
I got through those products courier. Both the products were damaged and the worst packing. I called them and they said to send back the damaged product to their address. They arranged the courier people to collect the damaged products from my place and courier people gave me the acceptance receipt. I waited for 7 days I call them and shouted like anything.
They gave me the complaint no actually they got only one product the other one went somewhere else this is the scenario. I asked to give me the money back and they are not ready to give and accept their fault. Still I am fighting with them to get back the product. Atlast I going to file a consumer case against HOMESHOP18.com very soon. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY WORST BRAINLESS and the management also WORST. NO VALUE FOR MONEY THAT IS HOMESHOP18.com. Kindly requesting you people not to buy any product from HOMESHOP18.
