Ive bought a few things from HS18 now. Mainly homeware items. Most of them were delivered on time, which was great. However, a couple of the items differed a lot from the impression given on the website.
Plus, the call centre appear to only read from scripts. They dont actually think about what the customer is actually saying. I would encourage them to let their call centre folks do a bit more thinking and problem-solving to help the customer.
