I ordered a product order number 911178129 on this website and first they didn’t ship the item for 10 days. Even 2-3 days as shipping time. then I requested them to cancel the order they told they are taking a request
over phone as well as I raised a 10 tickets for thjs same. Nothing happened my ordered item status was handand over to courier from the first day. After they confirmed order is canceled I ordered it on ebay website for the same . suddenly I got an sms stating that my order is shipped after 11 day. (one from laxmi enterprises jaipur) shipped me used device and it is in non working condition. I have raised and called them serveral times to collect the defective old item and refund or replace with new. but nothing is happening. They are litterally frauds.
So I would suggest don’t ever buy any thing from this website these people are frauds.
