Once I bought a dinner set from the website and its broken when my parents open the product.
Then I call day after and customer care said to me your time expired for returning the product then I asked him your policy say that the product return time 48 hours from the receiving.
Oh GOD! what contact number provide the site not open 24 hrs timing is 9: 00 to 6: 30.
Then I asked you to customer care how can complete 48 hrs your site open only 9 hrs./day
That means I call you after 18 hrs. Why can you return the product.
Very bad experience from the website so please careful read the all policy of company before the purchase any product
