I had read lot of negative reviews about homeshop18 but I would like to say that I was wrong.My personal experience with Homeshop 18 was great and amazing. I must say that there are many rumors about homeshop 18 about late delivery, bad customer service and many more, but I will share what I received from them.
I deciced to order a canon dslr when I found superdeal on the same.I ordered it on september 8 and I was really surprised and happy, when I got the delivery on 13th september via Aramex.
In just 5 working days, I got my product delivered at my house.The product was in best quality and was original. It was in excellent working condition.Packaging was very good.
Although the tracking information of homeshop 18 was laggy, it was not correct and accurate, however the customer care service was best. They informed me by phone about the actual status before.
I often read in the reviews about the bad customer care services, But I recieved very satisfying service from them. I was informed by calls, sms and emails about the shipping delay in advance and also about the shipping status.
So, Overall, it has been a great experience shopping with homeshop18
I highly recommend guys that dont go on all negative reviews, there may be possibilities that at times, the service would not be satisfying but till now, I have never faced any such problems with Homeshop 18.
