Recently I had ordered for a combo of 3 bedsheets from bellacasa, through my phone, the other 2 items ordered was delivered and this particular product dint reach me for 8 days and found that it has sent through safeexpress courier, tried many times, but couldn’t reach them, the same day after two hrs I got a call that I have a parcel from homeshop 18, I received it but it was not of my ordered product, it was 3 bedsheets, but of some cheap quality and yacky colours. Came to know that they cheated me, called them back, their response was dramatic and not solved my problem also, plz avoid shopping from this app and through online, telephone also. Thanks
