Homeshop18 has given me nightmares by simply denying to respond on the complain. The order I received was damaged. The jacket was cheap quality and was torn. I asked them to return or refund but they replied that it is not convered in our policy. They will not listen to you and close the ticket.
You are helpless if you are shopping on Homeshop18. If you really want to shop peacefully then shop on Flipkart, Tradus, Ebay and Amazon. With so many good websites, I am sure Homeshop18 will close soon.
Without a return policy, why would you shop online? Another thing, they will not publish your reviews on a product if it is negative even if you are a verified buyer. That means none of the reviews are genuine and you cannot buy by checking the reviews. This is very big thing and shows that Homeshop18 is for sellers and not for buyers. Only we can stop these cheaters and frauds.
Beware or you will regret like I am.
