I had ordered a cookware(tawa) from Homeshop18 on 5th February 2014. I have not received it yet. It seems that it has been wrongly delivered somewhere else due to negligence of their courier service.
I am repeatedly contacting Homeshop18 customer care via mail and over the phone, but I dont think I will be getting a positive response anytime soon.
Today they asked me to get the "proof of delivery" from the courier service! I have already spent a large amount of time in resolving this issue and now I am loosing my patience.
Looking for some alternative to get the issue resolved.(My order ID is:938890401).
