I’M A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS SITE SINCE FROM 2012 . NOW I WANT TO RIVEW ON IT . SO WITHOUT ANY DELAY LETS START .
# I HAVE BOUGHT SO MANY THINGS FROM HERE LIKE* MICROWAVE, 2 CAMERAS, HAIR STRATINER, COLLECTION OF TOPS FOR MY SIS SAREE FOR MY MOM AND MANY MORE THING .

#CUSTOMER SERVICE OF HS18: Very Good
This was my biggest concern before I went through this site and also after reading reviews but I found the customer care very good. I was informed by calls, sms and emails about the shipping delay in advance and later on I was kept informed about the shipping status.
#PRODUCT QUALITY AND PRICE OF HS18:
The pricing was great and the product I received is an original one. I was very happy with my first shopping fom home shop 18 and that was superb experience >:)
#DELIVERY TIME LINE AND PACKAGING OF HS18: VERY GOOD
I received the product in 5 working days. Packaging was very good. Though, there was a lag in tracking information but the customer care informed me by phone about the actual status before. and that was so cool .
# RETURN POLICY OF HS18: ALSO GOOD
Homeshop18 has a transparent returns policy, and claim to offer returns if informed within 48 hours. Further details are available on their site. Since I have never had a reason to ask for a refund/returns because every time I was totally satisfied with my products .
SO I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH THIS RETURN POLICY .

3 Some Item shipped on time(some late)
4 Super Deals are good at best price
5 Free Shipping across all product(BUT STILL NOW)
#CONS
1 Not sure this is issue with all orders but, Invoice not included by default in delivery you have to submit ticket to get Invoice.
2 In many cases if contacted for clarifications regarding items listed on their site, Homeshop18 customer care techs are often clueless, and read from the site. As if you’re illiterate yourself and cant do it on your own.
# WHAT TYPE OF APP AND WEBSITE IT IS: GREAT AND SOMETHING NEW FOR EVERYONE
The site is well designed. Though it lacks an Advanced Search option, Homeshop18 offers a “Shop in ” category wise search.
However Homeshop18 suffers from a befuddling issue of deleting entries of withdrawn or “out-of-stock” items.
# AND I WILL NEVER EVER LEAVE TO SHOP FROM THIS SITE .:) AND THIS IS THE PROOF OF ITS RELIABILITY GUYS .
